When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time depends on processing plus carrier transit:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Transit: 4–6 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Please note, these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak periods.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free within supported countries.

What if my order is delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, allow 2 extra business days and check your tracking information. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact support with your order number.

What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management. If the package cannot be located, contact support with your order number.

How long do I have to return an item?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Using a tracked courier is recommended to ensure safe delivery.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process with clear instructions.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges follow the same return rules. The original item must be returned first, and the replacement will be shipped once we receive it.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds apply to the product price only; original shipping fees are not refundable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact support immediately with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
