Order Confirmation Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your purchase has been successfully received and is being prepared.

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Orders submitted after this time are processed on the next business day.

Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). This period includes order verification, quality checks, preparation, and packaging. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timelines begin only after dispatch.

If your order does not arrive within 8 business days, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for potential carrier related delays.

If your order still has not arrived after this period, contact us at email.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
  • Once shipping has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Take clear photos showing the issue (item condition, incorrect product, and packaging if possible).
  • Email the photos along with your order number to email.com.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Sending the correct item
  • Sending a replacement
  • Providing an alternative solution in line with our Return and Refund Policy
