Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations for purchases made through Mum Guru. This policy works together with our Terms of Service. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period can not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The item must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show any signs of use.
• The item can only be inspected as you would in a retail store.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above, have been damaged due to misuse, or are returned without prior authorization.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at mumgurushop@gmail.com within the applicable return period and provide the following information:
• Order number
• Item details
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Photos of the item, where applicable
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at mumgurushop@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which can include a replacement, exchange, or refund to your original payment method.
6. Return Shipping
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your request has been approved.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged.
7. Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at mumgurushop@gmail.com. You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and any return request must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
